RegisterMe enables your attendees to register 24 hours a day, seven days a week and pay with any major credit card from the comfort of their homes. There is no special software for them to install. All that’s required is an internet connection and a web browser!
FEATURES
- Separate main menus for Application Administrators, Coordinators, Instructors, and Students. This ensures that the user can access only what he is authorized to use.
- The account privileges for Sub-Administrators are fully configurable by an Application Administrator. For example, a sub-administration may not be able to view, create, or update the profile of an Administrator, Sub-Administrator, Coordinator, Instructor, or Student unless specifically granted those privileges by an Administrator. This enables the Administrator to delegate non-critical tasks to others without providing them with full access to the system’s capabilities.
- Provides an up-to-the-minute list of event attendees and the status of their payments.
- Duplicates courses and events for repeated course and event management.
- Provides the capability to list the special materials that may be required for a course or event.
- Provides the capability to specify course prerequisites that may be required for an attendee.
- Contains fully customizable email templates for course/event registration, confirmation, cancellations, etc. These email templates may be created and customized for specific courses or events. If no customized template exists for a specific course or event then the customizable default templates will be used.
- Automatic email notifications of course or event registrations, course confirmations, when no seats are available, student cancellations, course cancellations, or closed course notifications. These email notifications may be disabled for individual users, if necessary.
- Contains a waiting list feature in case a course or event is full.
- Provides a Mass Enrollment feature to automatically enroll groups of attendees.
- All courses and events the student has registered for are stored in a shopping cart. These courses and events will remain in the cart until the student either removes them or decides to complete the enrollment process.
- Course/Event Details page shows all relevant information including the number of students who have registered and how many seats remain.
- Provides the capability for an Instructor or Coordinator to enter numeric and/or letter grades for attendees.
- Print Course and Event registration lists, sign-in sheets, unpaid tuition reports, attendee name tags, student transcripts, attendance reports, etc. These reports may also be saved in PDF format for viewing later.
- Courses and events may be organized by Category and/or Subcategory. This enables your prospective attendees to easily find the course or event they’re looking for.
- It is password protected to limit unauthorized access. If a registered user of the system has forgotten his or her password it will be sent to the email address on file for that individual.
- Students can create an individual profile and register to use RegisterMe on-line.

- Accepts all major credit cards and payments are integrated with a major Credit Card Service Provider. For security reasons and your peace of mind, no credit card information is stored in the system. Let the Credit Card Service Provider worry about hackers, bad credit cards, and sending the payment confirmation to your attendees.
- All courses and events are presented on an online calendar for easy registration. The calendar contains links that when clicked, provide detailed information for each course or event and allows the student to register on-line.
- Your attendees do the majority of the data entry instead of your staff.
- RegisterMe is web-based and utilizes Microsoft ASP.NET and SQL Server technologies. Microsoft SQL Server Desktop Engine (MSDE) is free and may be downloaded from the internet.
- The web interface is intuitive and easy to use. No special software is required on the attendee’s computer.
